Capturing a symphony of time in a dawn chorus on Wisconson Public Radio
I was interviewed as part of TTBOOK’s series Deep Time.

“Acoustic ecologist and sound artist Alex Braidwood has recorded many dawn choruses, from first-light to full sunrise, in his Iowa backyard and all over the world. During the height of COVID he used his recordings to conduct a weekly online Sunday MASS, which he called a “baptism in sound.” On his album, “Serotinous Repose,” he turns the dawn chorus into music.”
